Specialist program in project management

The specialist program in project management takes the form of a suite of 0.5 day and 1-day workshops - each one offering complete and intensive coverage of a critical topic. The workshops build on the foundation program - in two ways:

They introduce new material - such as quality management.
They extend the earlier coverage by exploring important supplementary areas.

The specialist workshops are case study-based. Participants are invited to complete some preparatory work on a live project - which is then used as the centrepiece in the discussion sessions.
