Consulting experience

Through Projectum (formerly Parktech Pty Ltd) Russell has provided consulting and technical services over the past four years to the Engineering construction and IT&T sector sectors.  Technical services covered project planning, project team resourcing and mentoring, contractual disputes resolution, projects costing and control systems implementation.  Consulting services include business strategy development, change management and organisational realignment and implementation project performance tracking systems.  Recent clients have included FRH Australia, Haslin Constructions, and Huon Management Services.

Project experience

Participated in and lead numerous engineering construction projects over 30 years, including major road, rail and mining infrastructure works.  Extensive experience in leading large project teams on multidiscipline and complex projects.  Has demonstrated an ability to deliver difficult projects under tight time and cost constraints.  Russell has accumulated specialist knowledge in project cost estimating, performance tracking, contracts management and vendor management.  Gained valuable experience in IT&T projects design and delivery whilst managing Federal Government business for a national consultancy—including one initiative valued at over $100m.
