ProjectOutcomes is a suite of products, services and resources designed and developed by John Smyrk (Principal of Sigma Management Science) to make projects more successful.  The ProjectOutcomes website provides information about our program of professional development workshops—as well as other resources that will be of value to those involved in the planning and management of projects.

ProjectOutcomes:  Workshops have been delivered to organisations around Australia and overseas continuously for over ten years now.  During that time they have been progressively refined and enhanced into a truly outstanding professional development program—in which many thousands of project stakeholders have participated.

ProjectOutcomes:  Workshops are of three forms:  Introductory seminars for senior project stakeholders, general workshops for key players and specialist programs for those filling a leadership role.

ProjectOutcomes:  Workshops are offered through a small network of Licensed Delivery Partners.

Free half-day overview seminars:  We conduct highly-valued seminars for senior executives in firms considering the ProjectOutcomes: Workshops for the professional development of their staff.  These forums allow firms to take stock of their own approaches to project management—and identify directions for improved project performance.
